Hot tubs of London warrant the Hot tub or swim spa against water loss due to defects in the shell, interior or surface, defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from delivery date.
Please note – that if the issue has arisen due to damage cause by mis use/ poor water chemistry and general non maintaining of the product you warranty will be void and any issues will chargeable)
Hot tubs of London warrant the hot tub or swim spa for electrical equipment, components, pumps, heaters, control system against malfunctions due to defects in the material and/or workmanship for a period of 2 years.
Please note – that if the issue has arisen due to damage cause by mis use/ poor water chemistry and general non maintaining of the product you warranty will be void and any issues will chargeable)
Hot tubs of London warrant the factory installed plumbing components not to leak for a period of 2 years, this warranty specifically covers leaks rom jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal glue joints and hoses
